A premium active subwoofer designed for both audiophile music systems and high-end home theater setups. It was part of REL’s Gibraltar series, intended to deliver deep, clean, and controlled bass without compromising musicality or detail. It’s now discontinued, but many are still in use and traded in the audiophile market.

Deep, Controlled Bass:

The G1’s sealed design and powerful Class A/B amplification allow it to dive very low with authority — often extending down to around 15 Hz in a typical room, meaning it can reproduce very deep bass that you feel as much as hear.
